　　摘 要：信息化是水旱災害防御的重要支撐。從水文監測信息、滾動會商研判、準確預報分析、科學精細調度、及時精準預警5個方面總結信息化在2020年水旱災害防御工作中發揮的重要作用，分析提出目前水旱災害防御信息化在監測預報、水工程調度、預警發布、新技術應用等方面存在的短板和薄弱環節，提出“十四五”和今后一個時期水旱災害防御信息化發展的建議，以期不斷提升信息化對水旱災害防御的支持和服務能力。

　　Practice and thinking on informatization of flood and drought disaster prevention

　　Abstract: Informatization is an important support for flood and drought disaster prevention. The article summarizes the important role of informatization in flood and drought disaster prevention in 2020 from five aspects: hydrological monitoring information, rolling consultation and judgment, accuracy prediction and analysis, scientific and fine scheduling, and timely and accurate early warning, analyzes and puts forward the shortcomings and weak links of informatization of flood and drought disaster prevention in monitoring and forecasting, water project scheduling, early warning issue and new technology application, puts forward suggestion on informatization development of flood and drought disaster prevention during the 14th Five-Year Plan period in the future, in order to continuously improve the information for flood and drought disaster prevention support and service capabilities.
