　　摘 要：為了各省能有效地管理和運維水資源監控系統，對國家水資源監控能力建設項目運維管理工作面臨的站點數量龐大、種類繁多、硬件設備和業務系統復雜等基本情況和主要問題進行分析。在此基礎上對運維管理系統和運維服務方式的發展趨勢和要求進行探討，并提出加強水資源監控管理信息平臺運維系統建設、完善管理與運行維護機制、健全運維績效評估體系、運用新技術提升運維管理效率等建議，確保其長期有效運行并發揮效益。

　　Analysis and discussion of status and development of operation and maintenance system of National Water Resources Monitoring Capacity Construction Projects

　　Abstract: In order to manage and operate the water resources monitoring system in every province effectively, this paper analyzes the basic situation and major problems faced by the operation and maintenance management of the national water resources monitoring capacity construction project, such as the large number of stations, various types, complex hardware equipment and business system. On this basis, it discusses the development trend and requirements of the operation of maintenance management system and the operation and maintenance service modes. Finally, suggestions are put forward to strengthen the operation and maintenance system construction of the water resources monitoring and management information platform, improve the management and operation and maintenance mechanism, improve the operation and maintenance performance evaluation system, and improve the operation and maintenance management efficiency by using new technologies, to ensure its effective operation and benefit for a long time.
