      摘 要:蘇州城區河道縱橫,閘、泵、堰等水利控制工程眾多,目前主要依賴人工調度的模式,統籌兼顧難度較大,難以滿足蘇州城區水環境高質量目標實現所需的精準化調度要求。分析城區水利工程、監測設備及信息化建設現狀,以暢流活水智慧調度應用開發為出發點,以監測數據為驅動,以模型為核心,以遠控為手段,依托模型云,構建包括監測設備層、支撐平臺層和業務應用層的蘇州城區活水聯控聯調系統平臺。平臺建成后,利用物聯感知系統代替人工觀測,實現全智能一鍵化精準調度代替人工調度,充分發揮清水工程效益,通過精準調度可實現重點河道水體清澈,提升蘇州市城區水利綜合調度決策能力,完善蘇州水利信息化建設布局。

      Framework design of joint control and regulation system for water circulation in Suzhou urban area

      Abstract:There are many cross rivers in Suzhou urban area, with hydraulic structures such as gates, pumps and weirs. At present, these structures mainly rely on manual scheduling, which is difficult to coordinate and meet the requirements to achieve the goal of high-quality water environment. This paper analyzes the current situation of urban water from hydraulic structures, monitoring equipment and informatization. The development of intelligent scheduling application for water circulation is taken as the starting point, with monitoring data as the driver. Modeling is seen as the core to support remote control, relying on the cloud model. A joint control and regulation system for water circulation in Suzhou urban area is developed, including monitoring equipment layer, support platform layer and business application layer. The platform applies physical sensing system instead of manual observation to realize intelligent scheduling instead of manual scheduling. With the support of this system, benefits of water restoration projects are maximized, which can achieve clear water bodies in key rivers through precision scheduling, promote the comprehensive scheduling and decision-making capacity of water resources institutions, and improve the planning of water resources informatization in Suzhou.
