　　摘要：貴州省中小型水庫約占全省水庫的99%，但普遍存在硬件設施明顯不足、運行管理水平落后等問題。研究貴州省中小型水庫運行管理信息化平臺，實現運行信息采集自動化、業務管理數字化、決策分析智能化，是解決中小型水庫運行管理難題的重要抓手。基于吊洞水庫已有設計和建設成果，利用物聯網、預報模型、移動互聯網及GIS技術，緊密圍繞安全監測、防洪度汛、興利調度、應急管理、綜合管理等運行管理業務重點，打造中小型水庫信息化運行管理體系。該平臺已在貴州省丹寨縣吊洞水庫應用，已基本實現水庫運行管理智能化和水量調度精細化，保證水庫的安全運行和經濟效益的充分發揮，為貴州省中小型水庫的轉型升級提供有價值的參考。

Research on operation management information platform of medium and small reservoirs in Guizhou Province

　　Abstract: Ninety-nine percent of the reservoirs in Guizhou province are medium and small reservoirs, which have problems such as shortage of hardware facilities and backward level of operation management. It is an important starting point to solve the operation management problems of medium and small reservoirs, by researching the operation management information platform of medium and small reservoirs in Guizhou province, and realizing the automation of operation information collection, digitalization of business management and intellectualization of decision analysis. Using IOT, forecast model, mobile Internet and GIS technology, the operation management information platform of medium and small reservoirs is built based on the existing design and construction achievements of Diaodong Reservoir. The platform closely focuses on key operation management business such as safety monitoring, flood controlling, dispatching, emergency management and comprehensive management. Having been applied in Diaodong reservoir, Dnazai town, Guizhou Province, the platform has basically realized the intelligent operation management and fine water dispatch of the reservoir, which ensures the safe operation of the reservoir and full function of the economic benefits, and provides a valuable reference for the transformation and upgrading of medium and small reservoirs in Guizhou Province.
