摘 要:遙感監測是獲取水資源信息的重要手段,但是水資源遙感監測數據的多源化及算法和服務異構化的特點,使得數據及應用共享不足等問題日漸突出。為解決數據和算法的多源集成管理問題,研究建立基于異構服務的水資源遙感監測平臺,以充分利用各類水資源數據及服務。主要通過KVM實現底層資源虛擬化,為數據體量及異構等問題提供解決思路;通過分布式文件存儲系統及數據立方體實現水資源數據的高效存儲與高性能處理;利用異構服務一體化封裝等技術實現服務的共享。水資源遙感監測平臺結合各級部門共享的水資源遙感監測及統計數據,以自下向上的基礎設施層、數據層、應用層及用戶層4層結構,實現我國水資源遙感監測數據及異構服務的共享交換等功能,對我國水資源的實時監控和管理有積極作用。

Design and implementation of remote-sensing water resources monitoring platform for heterogeneous services

Abstract: Remote sensing monitoring is an important means of obtaining water resources information. However, the multiple sources of data, and heterogeneous algorithms and services have led to noticeable problems such as insufficient sharing of data and application. To manage these data and integrate numerous algorithms, a remote-sensing water resources monitoring platform for heterogeneous services can be established to synergize various resources. The platform applies KVM to virtualize underlying resources, efficiently stores and processes data through distributed file systems and data cubes, and shares them with the help of services encapsulation. Combining the remote sensing monitoring and statistical data of water resources shared by all levels of departments, the platform realize the sharing and exchange of remote sensing monitoring data and heterogeneous services of water resources in our country, using the architecture ascending with four layers, i.e, infrastructure, data, application and users. It has great potential in real-time monitoring and management of water resources in China.
