　　摘 要：水庫相關數據對多項水利業務應用支撐作用顯著，是水利行業重要的基礎數據。為避免重復建設，充分共享和挖掘水庫基礎數據的價值，以水庫數據治理為研究對象，以數據倉庫和中臺為理論指導，融合水庫基礎、工程督查、水情等信息數據，構建以基礎層、明細層、專題層為框架的數據資源體系，并同步開展數據生產、安全管理和數據服務工作。在統一的數據資源體系基礎上，充分利用自然語言處理、語音識別、大數據分析等先進技術進行數據智能融合應用，完成水庫標簽畫像、語音智能問答、數據標準建立、數據質量控制等成果，為今后進一步的水利數據治理工作提供參考經驗。

　　Research and practice of reservoir basic data management

　　Abstract：The reservoir-related data plays a significant supporting role in many water conservancy business applications and is fundamental for the water conservancy industry. In order to avoid repeated work, the reservoir basic data should be fully shared to maximize its value. This paper researches the data management of the reservoir, with the data warehouse and the data center as theoretical guidance. The information and data including the reservoirs, project supervision and hydrological conditionsare integrated, to build a data resource system with a framework of basic layer, detailed layer, thematic layer and application layer. Data assets, safety management and data services are carried out in parallel. On the basis of a uniformed data resource system, advanced technologies are fully applied, such as natural language processing, voice recognition and big data analysis, for intelligent data fusion application. Some achievements can be reached such as reservoir label portrait, intelligent question answering, data standard establishment and data quality control, which provides references for water conservancy data management in the future.
