　　摘 要：安全生產是發展的底線，智慧化監管是安全生產現代化管理的必備手段。面向水利全過程、全領域、全環節安全生產要求，在簡要總結德州水利安全生產智慧監管成效，深挖細查數據采集、信息融合、系統運維保障和應用等主要問題的基礎上，以安全生產數據為支撐，以安全生產雙重預防體系和標準化建設為抓手，以防范化解重大風險、堅決遏制特大事故為焦點，以風險預警管控、隱患排查消除、應急聯動處置為重點，以立體化監測、精細化管理、智能化決策和便捷化服務為目標，在全局性、系統性、應用性、實踐性、開放性方面提出發展重點，在監管運維方面提出實施要點，以期為同類工作提供參考借鑒。

　　Research and analysis on intelligent supervision of safety production for water conservancy in Dezhou

　　Abstract：Safety is the bottom line of development, and intelligent supervision is an essential means of modern management of safety production. Facing the demands of safety in the whole process and all aspects of water conservancy, this paper makes a brief summary of the achievements of intelligent supervision of water conservancy safety production in Dezhou, and makes a detailed investigation of the main problems such as data collection, information fusion, system operation, maintenance and application. Taking safety production data as the support, the double prevention system and standardization of safety production are taken as the starting point. The main emphasis focuses on risk early warning and control, hidden danger investigation and elimination, and emergency response, aiming at three-dimensional monitoring, fine management, intelligent decision-making and convenient services. This paper proposes development priorities from integrated, systematic, applicable, practical and open perspectives, with implementation points in supervision, operation and maintenance. The results of this paper are expected to provide reference for similar work.
