摘 要:為解決山洪監測預警能力不足的問題,結合山洪成災特點,在分析目前山洪監測預警系統存在主要問題的基礎上,利用當前先進數字和物聯感知技術,依托數據分析算法,采用水位和雨量模塊化設計思路,設計和研發山洪監測聲光電一體化預警系統。搭建以水位監測、雨量監測、視頻監控、預警廣播為一體的監測預警系統結構框架,能夠顯示實時水位、雨量等數據,根據水位和降雨量的預警閾值自行演算進行現地預警,并且能夠將采集數據、圖像及預警信息傳輸到云端。基于及時、準確、可靠的山洪監測聲光電預警一體化系統,切實提高山洪災害全天候、全過程的監測預警能力,在實踐應用中預警系統適用于溝渠、河道等多種場景,具有實時監測數據準確、預警精度高、預見期足夠、預警設備適用性強等優點。

Design and application of the integrated sound and photoelectric early warning system for flash flood monitoring

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of insufficient capacity of flash flood monitoring and early warning, the main problems existing in the current flash flood monitoring and early warning system are analyzed considering the features of flash flood disasters. By applying the advanced digital and sensing technology, an integrated sound and photoelectric early warning system for flash flood monitoring is designed with modules of water level and rainfall, and developed based on data analysis algorithm. The system is set up with an integrated framework of water level monitoring, rainfall monitoring, video monitoring and early warning broadcasting, which can display real-time water level, rainfall and other data, and can automatically calculate the local early warning data according to the warning threshold of water level and rainfall, and then transmit the collected data, images and early warning information to the cloud. Based on this timely, accurate and reliable system, the monitoring and early warning capacity of flash flood disasters in all weather and in the whole process is effectively improved. In practical, the early warning system is applicable to various scenarios such as ditches and rivers, and has several advantages, including accurate realtime monitoring data, high warning accuracy, sufficient forecast period, and strong applicability of early warning equipment.
