　　摘 要：綜合辦公應用作為較早運用IT技術實現業務流程化、自動化信息系統之一，發展歷時長、成熟度高、應用范圍廣，已成為現代社會組織日常管理重要技術支撐，為提升管理效能發揮了重要作用。但受認識水平、技術發展、管理模式等諸多因素限制，目前建設和投入使用的綜合辦公應用，在管理業務覆蓋、業務流程銜接、業務信息共享和管理業務協同等方面，均存在不同程度的問題和不足，尤其缺乏智慧化感知決策能力，用戶滿意度不高、能用不好用的現象普遍存在。通過分析綜合辦公應用現狀、主要問題和面臨形勢，以人、財、物、事為主線，以面向對象和業務流程為原則，以實現一數一源共建共享和全流程業務協作為目的，為面向智慧化的綜合辦公應用設計與實現提供思路和內容借鑒。

　　Design and implementation of intelligent integrated office applications

　　Abstract: As one of the earliest information systems using IT technology to realize process-oriented and automation business, integrated office applications have been developed over a long period of time, with high maturity and are widely used. They have become an important technical support for daily management of modern organizations and play an important role in improving management efficiency. However, limited by knowledge, technology development and management, at present, the integrated office applications under-development and in-use have similar problems and deficiencies in terms of management business coverage, process integration, information sharing, business collaboration, etc. In particular, these applications lack intelligent perception and decision-making capabilities, which leads to low customer satisfaction and poor usage. In order to realize “co-development and sharing of one data one source, and integrated business cooperation”, the study analyzes current situation of integrated office applications, their main problems and visions. The pros and cons are summarized for design and implementation of intelligent integrated office applications, taking people, finance, assets and goods as the main targets and object-oriented and process-oriented as the principle.
