　　摘 要：隨著社交媒體的發展，水利網絡輿情事件的發生次數呈上升趨勢，監測分析難度日益加大。為解決水利網絡輿情監測問題，開發建設水利輿情大數據監測分析平臺十分必要。通過對基礎設施、數據資源、輿情智能分析、輿情大數據可視化4個模塊的構建，水利輿情大數據監測分析平臺初步實現輿情大數據監測分析能力，形成較完善的水利行業輿情大數據工作機制。在互聯網技術發展的新形勢下，未來水利輿情大數據應用需加強水利行業自身的大數據算法研究，并加強同各類媒體間的數據共享與協作。近十年來的實際應用已凸顯出水利輿情大數據監測分析平臺在全面掌握水利輿情方面起著基礎性的支撐作用，因此，大數據技術的應用是未來水利輿情監測工作的重要方向。

　　Abstract：With the development of social media, the frequency of public opinion events on water conservancy is on the rise, and the difficulty of monitoring and analysis is increasing. In order to solve the problem of monitoring public opinion events, it is necessary to build the big data monitoring and analysis platform of water conservancy public opinion.Through the construction of four modules: Infrastructure, data resources, public opinion intelligent analysis and public opinion big data visualization, the platform realizes the ability of monitoring and analysis of public opinion big data and forms a relatively perfect working mechanism in water conservancy industry. Under the new situation of the development of Internet technology, the future application of big data of water conservancy public opinion needs to strengthen the research on big data algorithms of the water conservancy industry itself, and strengthen data sharing and collaboration with various media.The practical application in recent ten years has highlighted that the platform plays an important role in comprehensively mastering water conservancy public opinion. Therefore, the application of big data technology will be an important direction of water conservancy public opinion monitoring in the future.
