      摘要:基于對管道流量計現場校準方法的研究,開展新疆5個地區取水戶21個管道流量的現場校準工作,以便攜式超聲波管道流量計所測得的管道流量數據與現有計量設施的管道流量數據進行比對,分別對2組數據的相對示值誤差、重復性和不確定度進行分析,從中得出各取水管道合理的優化整改辦法。對個別示值誤差異常的取水管道計量設施給出具體解決方案,同時針對新疆國控水資源監測計量設施應用情況及存在的問題進行分類與梳理,提出相應的改進和完善的建議,有效提升新疆國控水資源監測數據的可靠性,為項目運行期發揮穩定效益提供技術依據。

      Application of pipeline flowmeter on-site calibration technology in Xinjiang water resources access management

      Abstract: Based on the research on the on-site calibration method of pipeline flowmeter, the on-site calibration of 21 pipeline flows of water intake households in five regions of Xinjiang is carried out. In order to obtain the reasonable optimization and rectification method of each water intake pipeline, they compare pipeline flow data measured by portable ultrasonic pipeline flowmeter with the pipeline flow data of existing metering facilities and analyze the relative indication error, repeatability and uncertainty respectively. Giving specific solutions for individual water intake pipeline metering facilities with abnormal indication error, classifying and sorting out application and existing problems of Xinjiang state-controlled water resources monitoring and metering facilities, putting forward to corresponding improvement suggestions will improve the reliability of state-controlled water resources monitoring data effectively and provide technical basis for stable benefits during project operation.
