      摘 要:水情信息化是構建具有預報、預警、預演、預案功能的智慧水利體系的重要組成部分。然而,在服務支撐能力與社會發展需求大幅度提升的同時,云南水情信息化建設相對滯后。因此,為加快提升云南水情信息化程度,從數據資源構建、專業系統開發、綜合平臺集成3個方面,明確提出“自下而上、上下統籌”的信息化建設的總體思路。強調以 Hadoop大數據生態組件為主,從實時和歷史數據、數字地圖方面構成企業級水文大數據;以需求為導向,提質增效為目的,突出專業性,采用微服務開源框架,加強業務系統開發;以大數據、云平臺和微服務,圍繞“一個中心,多個應用系統”的核心思想,建設水情綜合平臺,充分整合各業務系統,實現一攬子覆蓋水情全業務的集中應用及實現一部手機水情通。

      Overall conception of Yunnan water regime informatization under guidance of smart water conservancy

      Abstract: Water regime informatization is an important part of building a smart water conservancy system with the functions of prediction, early-warning, rehearsal and plan. However, while the requirements for the service support capacity are urgently increasing, the water regime information construction was relatively slow. Therefore, in order to accelerate the improvement of water regime informatization in Yunnan, the general idea of “bottom-up and top-down overall planning” is clearly highlighted in three aspects: data resources construction, professional system development, and comprehensive platform integration. It is emphasized that Hadoop big data ecological components are the main component to form enterprise level hydrological data from real-time data, historical data and digital map. With the purpose of improving quality and efficiency, adopting open source microservice framework and strengthening professional system development; a comprehensive water regime platform is developed to realize a package of centralized applications covering the whole water regime business and water regime communication through a mobile phone, fully integrated multiple professional system with big data, cloud platform and micro service around the core idea of “one center, multiple application systems”.
