      摘 要:傳統水利工程通常有管理模式復雜、施工信息繁多、數據收集困難、可視化程度低等問題,研究在復雜管理模式下的信息化的工程管理手段,可有效提高水利工程管理的效率和水平,實現工程精細化管理。以海南省重大水利工程智能建造系統為例,提出GIS+BIM的水利工程兩層級(集團級和項目級)架構的工程數字化管理系統的管理模式,可通過PC端和移動端App操作,結合工程建設期內各建設、監理、施工、設計及其他參建單位的工程建設管理需求,實現工程進度、質量、投資、安全等全要素的智能化管控。實際工程應用表明:該模式在復雜管理組織模式下能較快適應現場實際需求,發揮作用,為管理模式復雜的大型水利工程項目群施工期的建設管理提供參考。

      Research on GIS+BIM based two-level framework intelligent construction system of water conservancy engineering

      Abstract: Traditional water conservancy engineering usually has the problems of complex management mode, numerous construction information, difficult data collection, low visualization degree and so on. The study of the information engineering management means under complex management mode can effectively improve the efficiency and level of water conservancy project management, and realize project fine management. Taking the intelligent construction system of Hainan Province as an example, this paper puts forward the management mode of two-level framework (group level and project level) engineering digital management system based on GIS+BIM of water conservancy engineering. The system can be operated by PC and mobile APP, combined with the construction supervision, construction design and other construction management needs of the construction units during the construction period, to achieve intelligent management and control of the whole elements of project progress, quality, investment, safety and so on. Practical engineering application shows that the model can adapt to actual needs on site quickly under the complex management and organization model, and provide reference for the construction and management of large-scale water conservancy engineering under complex management model during construction period.
