　　摘 要：如何有效加強水文數據共享應用，提高水文數據應用深度和水平，加大水文產品的社會共享力度，是新時代水文工作面臨的重要問題。針對現代化水文大數據資源中心如何建設提供思路和方法。論文以云南省水文信息化建設為例，重點介紹云南省水文數據資源面臨的數據資源整合缺少，分析應用不足、服務共享不夠的現狀及問題，針對問題提出水文大數據資源中心構建思路和建設內容和技術方法，從數據匯集管理、質量管理、分析應用、運營服務四個層面展開介紹。最后論文對云南省水文大數據資源中心的應用價值及未來進一步拓展方向進行說明，為其他地區水文大數據資源中心建設提供新的思路。

　　Design and application of Yunnan hydrological big data resource center

　　Abstract: How to effectively strengthen the sharing and application of hydrological data, improve the depth and level of hydrological data application, and increase the social sharing of hydrological products are important issues faced by hydrological work in the new era. This paper focuses on how to provide ideas and methods for the construction of modern hydrological big data resource center. Taking the hydrological informatization construction in Yunnan Province as a case, the paper focuses on the current situation and problems of the lack of data resource integration, insufficient application and insufficient service sharing faced by the hydrological data resources in Yunnan Province. It proposes the construction ideas, contents and technical methods of the hydrological big data resource center, and introduce from four levels of data collection management, quality management, analysis and application, operation service. Finally, the paper explains the application value and future development direction of Yunnan hydrological big data resource center, providing new ideas for the construction of hydrological big data resource center in other areas.
