摘 要:針對水利工程行業數字化、信息化、智慧化水平較低,生產管理手段較落后問題,基于珠三角水資源配置工程探索研究施工階段BIM技術的集成應用。以BIM技術為基礎,結合其他數字化與信息技術,搭建基于BIM技術的多維度數據管理支撐平臺,從態勢分析與輔助決策(進度、質量、安全、資金)、基于BIM+GIS的專題應用(盾構機與TBM設備狀態跟蹤與高效運行可視化應用場景、地下工程與地面設施影響監控保障可視化應用場景、地面場景720全景圖像虛擬現實呈現、VR/AR培訓體驗)兩大方面為切入點進行深度應用,將BIM+GIS模型與工程建設管理要素相結合,實現精確、可視化的工程管理,提高工程管理的精細化程度和業務決策效率。這一應用經驗也標志著數字化技術正顛覆著原先的傳統工程建管模式,積極推動數字化轉型。

Integrated application of BIM in water resources allocation project of Pearl River Dlta

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low level of digitization, informatization and intelligence and backward production and management means in water conservancy industry, the integrated application of BIM in the construction stage is explored and studied based on water resources allocation project of Pearl River Delta. Combined with other digital technology and information technology, a multi-dimensional data management support platform is built based on BIM. In-deep application is carried out from two aspects of situation analysis and auxiliary decision-making (progress, quality, safety and funds), and BIM+GIS based on thematic application (visualization application scenarios for state tracking and efficient operation of shield tunneling machine and TBM equipment, visualization application scenarios for impact monitoring and guarantee of underground engineering and surface facilities, ground scenarios for panoramic picture of 720 virtual reality presentation, VR / AR training experience). BIM+GIS model combines with engineering construction management elements, which can realize accurate and visual engineering management, and improves the delicacy of project management and the efficiency of business decision-making. This application experience also marks that digital technology is subverting the original traditional mode of project construction and management, and actively promoting digital transformation.
