摘要:滴定反應器是滴定法高錳酸鹽指數分析儀的核心部件,目前高錳酸鹽指數分析儀大多使用電極法滴定反應器,電極需要浸入反應液,電極信號容易受反應液的干擾,電極液也需要定期更換,維護不方便。為了解決電極法滴定反應器缺點用光電方法檢測反應液顏色的變化,并基于該方法設計光電滴定反應器,由光源發射光線穿透反應液,接收器檢測透光度的變化判定滴定終點。經實驗室對比測試,表明使用光電反應器的高錳酸鹽指數分析儀在準確度、精密度、標準曲線、和實際水樣比對等各項指標均優于《高錳酸鹽指數水質自動分析儀技術要求》所要求的指標。該光電滴定反應器采用非接觸式方法,不易受到水體色度、濁度、酸堿度的影響,應用與維護簡單方便。

Design and Application of photoelectric titration reactor in permanganate index analyzer

Abstract: The titration reactor is the core component of titration method permanganate index analyzer, and most of the permanganate index analyzers use electrode method titration reactor presently. Because the electrode needs to be immersed in the reaction solution, the electrode signal is easily disturbed by the reaction solution, and the electrode solution also needs to be replaced regularly, which is not convenient in maintenance. In order to solve the shortcomings of the titration reactor with electrode method, a photoelectric titration reactor was designed based on the photoelectric method which detects the color change of reaction solution and uses light source emits light to penetrate the reaction solution, and a receiver detects the change of transmittance to determine the titration endpoint . After the laboratory comparison test, it indicates that the permanganate index analyzer’s indexes using photoelectric reactor are better than indexes required by the Technical Requirements for Automatic Permanganate Index Water Quality Analyzer in terms of accuracy, precision, standard curve, and actual water samples comparison. The photoelectric titration reactor adopts non-contact method, which is not affected by the chromaticity, turbidity, acidity and alkalinity of water body, and is simple and convenient in application and maintenance.
