　　摘 要：農村飲水安全保障是脫貧攻堅目標的重要內容之一，農村飲用水安全工程是一項惠及廣大群眾的民生工程。為加強農村飲用水安全工程運行管理，有效保障民生用水安全，邳州市水務局開展農村飲用水安全信息化建設，在充分研究當地農村飲用水現狀基礎上，提出邳州市農村飲用水安全信息化建設方案，采用一體化設計思路，分區分層確保用水信息安全，開發泵站監控、水量水質監測、管網運行監視、水費計收等業務應用功能，建立科學高效的水安全管理信息系統，提高管理水平，達到農村飲用水安全工程水量自動控制、水質有效保障、水費精確收取等目標要求，為保障農村居民飲用水安全提供決策支持。

　　Study on construction plan of rural drinking water safety informatization in Pizhou City

　　Abstract: Rural drinking water safety guarantee is one of the important contents of the goal of poverty alleviation. Rural drinking water safety project is a livelihood project benefiting the masses. In order to strengthen the operation and management of rural drinking water safety project and effectively guarantee the safety of water for people's livelihood, Pizhou Water Bureau has carried out the informatization construction project of rural drinking water safety. Based on the full study of the current situation of local rural drinking water, this paper puts forward the informatization construction scheme of rural drinking water safety in Pizhou City. The integrated design idea is adopted to ensure the safety of water informatization in different areas and layers, and the business application functions such as pump station monitoring, water quantity and quality monitoring, pipe network operation monitoring, and water fee collection are developed. It establishes a scientific and efficient water safety management information system, improves the management level, achieves the goals and requirements of rural drinking water safety project, such as automatic control of water quantity, effective guarantee of water quality, accurate collection of water charges, and provides decision support for the protection of rural drinking water safety.
