摘 要:為提高灌區水資源利用的效率和效益,實現水聯網數字治水,基于水聯網理論和技術體系,結合寧夏水利建設要求,調研寧夏秦漢渠管理處農場渠的渠道及設備特征和管理狀況,設計、開發應用于自流灌區的水聯網全渠道控制系統。系統由業務層、算法層、接口層和設備層構成,業務層包含調度控制、監控分析 2 條業務主線,主要實現需水計劃管理、全渠道智能控制、渠道及閘門運行情況監控等功能。系統在農場渠灌溉生產中投入應用,2022 年春灌完整 1 輪供水的運行應用表明:系統在需水計劃調度、閘控指令執行、需水口目標達成耗時、流量偏差方面,通過穩定可靠性、高效便捷性驗證,可保證取水口高效充分供水,幫助灌區優化水資源配送過程,實現精準灌溉,降低管理成本。

Design and application of total channel control system based on the Internet of water

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency and benefit of water resources utilization in the irrigation area and to realize digital water control through the Internet of waters, a total channel control system for gravity irrigation regions is designed and developed based on the theory and technical system of Internet of waters. The channel and equipment features and management status of Nongchang Channel of Qinhan Channel Management Office in Ningxia were investigated for the development, combined with the requirements of water conservancy construction in Ningxia. The system consists of business layer, algorithm layer, interface layer and equipment layer. The business layer mainly includes two business lines of scheduling control and monitoring & analysis, which mainly realizes the functions of water demand plan management, total channel intelligent control, channel and gate operation monitoring. The system has been put into application in Nongchang Channel. After a complete round of water supply operation in spring irrigation in 2022, the system has been verified on its stability, reliability, flexibility and efficiency in terms of water demand plan scheduling, gate control instruction execution, time-consuming to meet the water demand target, and the target flow deviation. The system can ensure efficient and sufficient water supply, which will help the irrigation management office optimize the distribution process of water resources, realize precise irrigation and reduce management costs.
