摘 要:隨著新技術的不斷發展和綜合業務分析需求的不斷增長,丹江口水庫管理技術水平相對滯后、管理手段比較單一等問題日益突出。結合丹江口水庫管理當前存在的問題,綜合分析水庫綜合管理系統的建設需求,以“大數據 + 圖像識別”技術為核心,對水庫管理業務提供標準服務應用。在統一標準、統一發布、充分集成已建服務的基礎上,采用 SOA 架構建成丹江口水庫綜合管理系統。該系統提供大數據綜合及專題分析、供水業務管理、庫區業務管理、大壩安全監測等功能模塊,主要解決現階段業務系統分散、共享的數據無法滿足精細化管理、業務工作過于依賴人工等問題。丹江口水庫綜合管理系統的建設能夠全方位提高水庫運行管理的規范化、智能化、精細化能力,實現丹江口水庫的現代化管理水平,形成新型智慧工程管控。

Design and development of integrated management platform of Danjiangkou Reservoir

Abstract:With the continuous development of new technology and the increasing demand for comprehensive business analysis, the problems of outdated management technology and separated management methods in Danjiangkou Reservoir are becoming increasingly prominent. Considering the current problems of Danjiangkou Reservoir management, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development requirements of the integrated reservoir management system, and provides standard service application for reservoir management business with “ big data + image recognition” technology as the core. On the basis of unified standards, unified release and full integration of built services, the integrated management system of Danjiangkou Reservoir is developed with SOA architecture. The system provides functional modules such as big data synthesis and thematic analysis, water supply management, reservoir management, dam safety monitoring, etc. It mainly solves current problems that the business systems are scattered, data sharing cannot meet the management requirements, and the business is too dependent on manual operation. The development of integrated management system for Danjiangkou Reservoir comprehensively improves the standardized, intelligent and refined capacity of reservoir operation, which realizes advanced management of Danjiangkou Reservoir, and forms a new type of intelligent engineering management and control.
