      摘要:近年來,水生態環境遭到巨大破壞,建立和完善系統的、專業的水環境監測與評價系統,對水體污染的控制與防治起重要指導作用。設計并開發水環境監測與評價系統,通過報表、圖表等,結合在線和離線分析技術,對水質數據變化趨勢進行直觀展示。將機器學習運用到水質評價中,提高運算的效率及準確度。針對水質時間序列數據的不確定特性建立水質預測模型,對水質中參數在未來一段時間中的含量進行預測,解決水質時間序列多元性、時變性、非線性、耦合性等特點所導致的預測建模困難和管理難度增加的問題,并得到較高的預測精度。該系統集水質數據監測、管理、預警功能為一體,在長泰枋洋水利樞紐得到應用,取得良好的效果。

      Design of water environment monitoring and evaluation system and its application in Fangyang hydro-junction

      Abstract:In recent years, water ecological environment has been greatly affected. The development of a professional water environment monitoring and evaluation system plays an important guiding role in the control and prevention of water pollution. The water environment monitoring and evaluation system is designed and developed to display variations of water quality data through reports, charts, etc., combined with on-line and off-line analysis technology. Machine learning is applied to water quality evaluation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of computing. Due to uncertainty of time-series water quality data, a water quality prediction model is set up to predict water quality parameters. It can solve the problem of difficulties in prediction modeling and management caused by uncertainty such as diversity, time variability, nonlinearity and coupling, and thus the model has high prediction accuracy. The system integrates functions including water quality data monitoring, management and early warning, and has been applied in Changtai Fangyang hydro-junction, which shows good performance.
