　　摘要：為了促進南水北調工程數據資源共享，推進數據資源的有效利用，通過座談、調研、資料收集等手段，對南水北調工程業務信息系統的水量調度和防汛、水生態環境及工程管理等核心業務信息資源進行摸底，梳理業務、監管及基礎數據的需求，分析數據共享的現狀。研究結果表明，目前南水北調工程各個調度運行管理系統獨立運行，缺乏完整的、共享數據來源及統一的數據標準，且數據的橫縱向共享水平有待進一步提高。進一步提出在保障網絡和數據安全的前提下，統一南水北調工程數據標準，建立數據的共享和更新整編機制，并繼續進行深度數據挖掘工作的建議，可為南水北調工程構建智慧水利體系提供決策支撐。

　　Analysis on current situation of data sharing of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

　　Abstract: In order to promote the data resources sharing and effective utilization of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, this paper makes a thorough investigation of the core information resources of the business-oriented information system, such as water dispatching management, flood control management, water-related ecological and environmental management, construction project management and the others. It’s necessary to sorts out the requirements of business, regulatory and basic data, and analyze the present situation of data sharing through the forum, investigation and data collection. The results show that each dispatching operation management system of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project operates independently and lacks complete shared data sources and unified data standards. And therefore the horizontal and vertical data sharing level needs to be further improved. On the premise of ensuring network and data security, it is further proposed to unify the data standards, and to establish a data sharing, updating and integration mechanism. Moreover, the in-depth data mining will be carried out to provide decision support for the construction of smart water conservancy system of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
