摘要:為幫助管理者快速掌握大型調水工程整體態勢并實現跨機構協同指揮,文章結合大型調水工程運行管理特點和難點,在分析智能運行中心發展現狀及趨勢的基礎上,以“全域態勢感知、智能決策分析、協同聯動指揮”為切入點,搭建大型調水工程智能運行中心系統整體架構,剖析系統基礎設施、數字大腦及業務應用組成內容。通過全面梳理和分析大型調水工程建設期、運行期的業務需求,構建大型調水工程管控指標庫,提出專題場景搭建思路,并基于此開展業務應用專題場景設計,按照事件流轉過程實現場景交互設計。結合引漢濟渭工程智能運行中心系統的建設及使用過程,總結闡述大型調水工程智能運行中心系統的實際應用價值。

Design and application of intelligent operation center system for large-scale water diversion project

Abstract: In order to help managers quickly grasp the overall situation of large-scale water diversion project and realize inter-agency coordination command, combined with the characteristics and difficulties of operation management of large-scale water diversion projects, based on the analysis of the development status and trend of the intelligent operation center, this paper takes “global situation awareness, intelligent decision analysis, collaborative command” as the breakthrough point, builds the overall architecture of large-scale water diversion project intelligent operation center(IOC) system, and analyzes the composition of system infrastructure, digital brain and business application. By comprehensively combing and analyzing the business requirements during the construction and operation periods, this paper builds the management and control index database, puts forward the constructing idea of special scenarios, carries out the special scenario design of business application, and realizes the scenario interaction design according to the event flow process. Combined with the construction and application process of IOC system of Hanjiang to Weihe River valley water diversion project, this paper summarizes and expounds the practical application value of IOC system of large-scale water diversion project.
