      摘 要:當前我國縣域水務信息化與智慧化建設仍處于起步階段,不同業務應用存在大量共性的技術和功能需求,為實現業務系統的快速搭建,降低開發維護成本的同時滿足未來技術快速迭代需求,在立足縣域區域發展實際,系統梳理縣域地區水務業務、水務用戶和關聯協作等系統的基礎上,提出基于微服務架構的縣域水務輕量化智慧管理平臺框架。智慧管理平臺以解決縣域水務管理核心需求為主要目標,以核心業務為功能牽引,以專業模型及數值算法為智慧引擎,以個性化定制為用戶擴展。通過對水務系統各業務流程進行功能分解及共性提取合并,構建各業務系統可共用的微服務群,基于統一搭建的應用支撐平臺,實現跨系統的數據、流程與業務協同,減少地方政府在信息化建設中的重復開發和投資,提升縣域水務行業管理和服務水平。

      Abstract: At present, China's county-level water informatization is still in its infancy, there are a large number of common technical and functional needs among different business applications. In order to realize the rapid establishment of business system, reduce development and maintenance costs and meet the demand of rapid technology iteration in the future, this paper puts forward a micro-service architecture-based framework of county-level lightweight smart water management platform on the basis of actual development of county-level regional development and systematic sorting of water utilities business, water users, associated synergy systems in county areas. To solve the core problems in country-level water management, the smart management platform takes core business as the functional traction, professional model and numerical algorithm as the intelligent engine, and personalized customization as the user expansion. By functions decomposition of the business processes of the water system and commonality extraction and merger, a microservice group that could be shared by each business system is constructed. Based on a unified application support platform, cross-system data, process and business synergy are realized, which can reduce repeated development and investment of local governments in informatization construction, and improve management and service levels of county water industry.
