      摘 要:水利行業各級政府網站所發布的信息應該及時、準確、權威,信息一旦被篡改,將會嚴重影響國家安全,損壞水利政府部門公信力和形象,傳統防篡改系統存在默認信任特定節點,底稿存儲不可靠等問題。為更好地保障水利行業政府網站信息安全,降低入侵風險,通過研究區塊鏈的分布式記賬原理和可信去中心化特點,提出一種基于區塊鏈和分布式存儲的新型防篡改系統。利用區塊鏈的去中心化的信任機制和分布式存儲的安全性,新型防篡改系統能夠消除單點薄弱環節,可靠存儲底稿文件,不需信任特定節點。測試結果表明:與傳統防篡改系統相比,新型防篡改系統能夠更好地滿足水利行業政府網站在防篡改領域的需求,保證水利行業政府網站發布的內容得到有效保護,保護水利行業政府網站免遭篡改的侵害。

      Research on application of blockchain in anti-tampering of government websites in water conservancy industry

      Abstract: The information published by government websites in the water conservancy industry should be timely, accurate, and authoritative. It will bring bad effects on national security and ruin the image of the government public credibility once the information is tampered with. Traditional tamper-proof systems have problems such as trusting specific nodes by default and unreliable storage of the original documents. In order to ensure government website information safety in the water conservancy industry and reduce the risk of invasion, a new tamper-proof system based on blockchain and distributed storage has been proposed by studying the distributed ledger and decentralized trust of blockchain. Using the decentralized trust mechanism of blockchain and the security of distributed storage, the new temper-proof system can eliminate single weak links, reliably store draft files and need not to trust specific nodes. The test result shows that compared with traditional tamper-proof systems, the new temper-proof system can better meet the anti-tampering demand of government websites, ensure the content published by government websites in the water conservancy industry protected effectly, and protect government websites in the water conservancy industry from tampering.
